Yoga is a means of balancing and harmonizing the body, mind, and emotions.
We offer a range of targeted, traditional yogic practices, including Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa yoga. We also incorporate the teachings of Yin, Kundalini and Tantric practices as requested.
